Dhaval Mankad

I am Dhaval Mankad, and I work for the Ministry of Social Development as a Work Retention Specialist. My Role is part of the Responding Early component of the Here Toitu Programme, which is primarily aimed at those who are working full-time / part-time, or self-employed and at risk of losing their employment due to a health condition or disability.

In my role, I provide Human Resource advice and employment support with an aim to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for these participants.

I am passionate about employment relations and resolving issues in workplace.  I enjoy being part of Here Toitu programme as it gives me the opportunity to interact with public and further serve our communities.
