General Practitioner (4–8/10s)
We’re looking for a GP (GP2, GP3, or Fellow) to join our friendly, long-established team. We offer a flexible start date, flexible days and hours, with 4–8/10s available.

Our approach is simple: you take care of the community, and at Four Kauri it’s our job to take care of you and your family. We want you to work sustainably, take proper leave, and enjoy a healthy, family-focused work–life balance.

Our GPs take regular leave, with full inbox cover while you’re away—and not a single leave request has been declined in the past 3 years.

You’ll be joining a warm, supportive, family-oriented team in a multicultural, generational practice that’s been caring for the Mt Albert community since 1950. We’re proud winners of the 2025 NZ Primary Healthcare Awards.

We love supporting GPs to grow their special interests, whether that’s women’s health, GAHT, minor surgery, or something new you’d like to build. You’re encouraged to shape your work around what you want to work towards.
