We offer inclusive and affirming healthcare for our Rainbow community, supporting both gender-affirming care and overall physical and mental wellbeing.

Our team can provide guidance, ongoing support, and referrals where needed, working alongside you to develop a care plan that reflects your individual goals and needs.

Dr. Gina Hart is the only GP at our clinic currently able to initiate hormone therapy. Once hormone therapy is prescribed by Dr. Gina, or another specialist, any of our GPs at Four Kauri can assist in maintaining prescriptions.

Note: Dr Gina works Monday to Wednesday and Fridays.

Repeat prescriptions can take up to 3 business days to be reviewed and processed. This is our standard processing time for repeat prescriptions.

If you need to see Dr Gina for your prescription, please book your appointment well in advance, as she is often very busy. 

Unfortunately, due to high demand, we can only offer this service to patients enrolled at Four Kauri Family Medical Centre.
